Samantha Apoh, BSN-RN, MPH, is an experienced registered nurse with a diverse background in acute care, long-term care, and community health. Samantha brings clinical expertise, compassion, and thoughtful leadership to every case she manages.

Samantha has a strong foundation in high-acuity clinical settings. She is particularly passionate about caring for older adults. She provides dignified, compassionate care while advocating for her clients’ unique health needs.

She is especially passionate about supporting aging individuals through transitions in care, ensuring they receive respectful, equitable, and person-centered services. Samantha’s approach is grounded in both evidence-based practice and a genuine belief in the value of every person’s story.

She holds a Master of Public Health with a focus in Global Health. She promotes wellness through direct patient care and public health initiatives. She brings clinical expertise, steady leadership, and an unwavering commitment to health equity to the Elder Care Consultants team.

Outside of her professional work, Samantha finds joy and peace in the simple moments of life. She especially enjoys time with her four beloved dogs.
