Victoria Baxter
Senior Care Manager
Nursing Home Administrator
Victoria Baxter has more than 25 years of experience working with older adults and their families in senior living, skilled nursing, and care management. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, with a focus in recreation and tourism for special populations and has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2007. Through her work, Victoria has developed a strong understanding of the physical, emotional, social, and practical needs of older adults, along with the many details involved in coordinating care with physicians, nurses, therapists, caregivers, families, guardians, and other providers.
Victoria takes a hands-on, personal approach to case management. She believes it is important to really get to know each person she works with and to pay attention to the little things that can make a meaningful difference in their comfort, safety, and quality of life. She is organized, responsive, and committed to following through with medical professionals, caregivers, and other providers. Her years in healthcare have also taught her to recognize when something does not seem right and to speak up when an individual needs support or advocacy.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys gardening, attending professional baseball games and concerts, and spending time with her husband, family, and dog, Duncan. She especially enjoys growing flowers and values life’s simple pleasures, meaningful connections, and everyday sources of joy—perspectives that help her support each person’s overall well-being, not just their care needs.
