Sandi Rosengart
Associate Care Manager
Certified Dementia Practitioner
“As the first point of contact, I am here to listen and ease your mind that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and you are not alone. Hearing the relief in your voice from the beginning of the conversation to the end is what makes my job so rewarding.”
Sandi has over a dozen years of experience listening to clients’ unique situations and knowing how to mobilize our resources quickly. She supports ECC’s founder and president as well as the lead care managers to ensure the client’s needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Sandi also works directly with our clients. She helps with the complex process of downsizing when a client is moving. With the care manager’s guidance and the family’s approval, she accompanies clients to more routine medical appointments and communicates with the family and lead care managers for the most efficient, accurate, and cost-effective care. She takes clients shopping and can help with other errands. She also visits clients, not just to provide much needed company, but to check on their well-being and needs. She can help with clients’ bill-paying and insurance related tasks. She is an excellent communicator, providing detailed reports to client families and care managers.
Sandi received a Bachelor of Science in Retail/Business Management from Syracuse University. She is an Administrative Partner of the Aging Life Care Association and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
