Throughout her career, Karen has served as a social worker, discharge planner, nurse case manager, and Care Coordinator for Medicaid Waiver programs in Alaska and Virginia. Her expertise extends to insurance utilization reviews, ensuring appropriate care for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare facilities.

Originally from Boston, Karen’s warm demeanor and New England sense of humor create a welcoming environment for her clients. She values autonomy and believes that every individual, regardless of age, deserves the right to make their own decisions.
