Amy Evans is a social worker with over 20 years of experience working with the senior population.  Amy has worked with clients in hospital settings, acute and sub-acute rehabilitation, long-tern care nursing, assisted living, independent living, continuing care retirement communities, private homes and hospice settings.

She is an advocate for her clients and works hard to allow them to get the quality care they want and deserve.

Amy is passionate about helping people. She treats others like she would want herself or her family members to be treated. She works to understand each client’s whole story and not just the “right now.”

Her goal is to provide the best quality of life for each client. She helps each client to have a voice in their own care and is a passionate advocate for their needs as they navigate the healthcare system.

Amy has many useful resources and connections that help clients to understand and choose their care options. She supports clients and their family members as a community resource and educator when needed.

Amy has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and has attended many programs in the community regarding dementia and Alzheimer’s care.  Amy is a Certified Care Manager as well as a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She is a member of the Aging Life Care Association.

In her personal time, Amy loves to be with her husband and two boys. She enjoys taking long walks with her dog. Reading and listening to music of all genres are her passions.
