Amy Evans is a social worker with over 14 years of experience working with the senior population.  Amy has worked with clients in all different levels of care including nursing homes, assisted living, independent living, private homes and hospice.  She is an advocate for all of her clients and works hard to allow them to navigate the quality care they want and deserve.   Amy is involved in community outreach and has many useful resources and connections that allow clients to have many options in the care they choose. She is available to support clients and their family members as a community resource and educator when needed.  Amy has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from James Madison University and has attended many programs in the community regarding dementia and Alzheimer’s care.  Amy is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.
